Our tour is based in the charming town of Beaune, renowned for its rich history and exquisite architecture. Beaune is home to numerous well-preserved almost medieval houses and one of France’s most iconic historical landmarks—the magnificent Hôtel-Dieu (Hospices de Beaune). This 15th-century charitable hospital, now a museum, offers a fascinating glimpse into Burgundy’s past.

From Beaune, we will travel into the prestigious Côte d’Or region, the epicentre of Burgundy’s winemaking tradition and fame. This area is celebrated worldwide for its exceptional terroir and centuries-old viticultural heritage. During our journey, we will visit esteemed wine villages such as Aloxe-Corton, Gevrey-Chambertin, Fixin, Pommard, and Morey-Saint-Denis, meeting dedicated producers who craft some of the world’s finest wines.

Indulge in tastings of remarkable Burgundy wines, including coveted premier cru and grand cru rare wines. Along the way, we’ll immerse ourselves in the region’s gastronomic culture, savouring local specialities and learning about the meticulous craft that lies behind each bottle.

Burgundy wines are famed for their elegance and complexity, with the Côte d’Or producing exceptional pinot noir and chardonnay. These wines are celebrated for their ability to express the nuances of their terroir, from the silky and refined reds of Gevrey-Chambertin to the rich and vibrant whites of Corton-Charlemagne.
