Beaune is home to numerous well-preserved almost medieval houses and one of France’s most iconic historical landmarks—the magnificent Hôtel-Dieu (Hospices de Beaune). This 15th-century charitable hospital, now a museum, offers a fascinating glimpse into Burgundy’s past.
From Beaune, we will travel into the prestigious Côte d’Or region, the epicentre of Burgundy’s winemaking tradition and fame. This area is celebrated worldwide for its exceptional terroir and centuries-old viticultural heritage. During our journey, we will visit esteemed wine villages such as Aloxe-Corton, Gevrey-Chambertin, Fixin, Pommard, and Morey-Saint-Denis, meeting dedicated producers who craft some of the world’s finest wines.
